Continuing to Break the Stalemate

During our double period on Tuesday we worked through Aiden's set of questions on the "Artillery Barrage".  For homework, everyone is to complete the questions on "Cavalry Tactics" and "Attacks and Offensives".

Breaking the Stalemate 2

Today, we worked on the different strategies and tactics employed by both the Allies and the Germans in their attempts to break the stalemate.  Working in pairs, everyone was involved in describing the relevant strategies, identifying 2 or 3 significant sources and composing 5 questions based on the chosen sources.
