The Trenches

Today, Mr Byrne continued the work from last week on weapons. The source analysis questions had to be completed. Extended response question was handed up for marking.

Next, Mr Byrne gave out the trench outline sheet and the source analysis activity. Before beginning work on the trench diagram, class watched the video clip (link on the sheet).

Students then completed the diagram by adding 10 elements, labels, descriptions, etc.

Finally, using the sources, video clip and diagram, students wrote a letter home from the trenches.
